Bouncy castle hire is extremely popular during weekends, school holidays and the summer months, so we always recommend booking as early as possible. Many of our most popular inflatables and party packages are reserved weeks or even months in advance. If you have a specific bouncy castle in mind, securing your date early is the best way to avoid disappointment.
Safety is our top priority. If the weather is unsafe, including high winds, heavy rain or storms, we may need to cancel or rearrange your bouncy castle hire. We’ll always contact you in advance, talk through your options and offer alternative dates or a full refund. We never operate inflatables in conditions that don’t meet UK safety standards.
Yes. All of our inflatables are PIPA tested, fully insured and maintained to the highest safety standards. Every hire includes a full clean, sanitisation and safety inspection before setup. Our trained team handles all installation and pack down to ensure your bouncy castle is secure, stable and safe for children to enjoy.
To meet British Standard BS14960:2019 and UK Health & Safety Regulations, all inflatables must be anchored to the equivalent of 163kg per anchor point; most bouncy castles have at least six anchor points. This means many hard surfaces are usually not suitable. However, every garden and setup area is different, so please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we’ll advise on the safest option.
Most standard bouncy castles fit through a normal doorway (around 3ft wide). Larger inflatables require wider access due to the size of the rolled unit. When checking access, consider tight turns, narrow pathways, pipes, service boxes, gates and steps. If you’re unsure, send us a photo or video and we’ll confirm whether the space is suitable.
On average, a bouncy castle takes around 15 minutes to set up and approximately 20 minutes to pack down. Times can vary depending on the inflatable and the access to your garden or venue. We recommend allowing at least 30 minutes either side of your party to ensure everything is installed safely and on time.
A bouncy castle blower runs continuously and costs roughly £0.18 per hour to operate. We supply extension leads up to 25 metres, so you’ll need a standard household plug socket within that distance of the setup area. If you don’t have access to power, we can provide a generator for an additional charge; just let us know at the time of booking.
